Bianca Latvala

Bianca Latvala is an expert in digital marketing and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing at DMS. With a strong background in public affairs and a passion for connecting people, Bianca brings a wealth of experience to the table, helping clients achieve their communication and outreach goals through innovative digital strategies.
Bianca graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Political Science and later earned her Master's in the same field while working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. After returning to Florida in 2014, she leveraged her expertise to develop impactful programs for UCF, focusing on alumni engagement and nationwide fundraising efforts, as well as communications and fundraising for other Central Florida nonprofits.
With extensive experience in nonprofits and Florida politics, Bianca has introduced numerous clients to the power of digital marketing, focusing on getting the targeted message to the right audience. She has also worked closely with nonprofit organizations, helping them craft and share impactful messaging that resonates with their communities and drives meaningful action. Her ability to integrate digital strategies into community engagement has led to impressive success rates, solidifying her as a trusted leader in the field.
In addition to her professional work, Bianca is deeply committed to civic and community service. She proudly serves as a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Clearwater, PACE Center for Girls, U.S. Patriot Chamber, Lyla Goode Foundation, and the Clearwater Area Republican Club—organizations where she channels her leadership and passion into strengthening her community and empowering others.
